Dutchman as a Profit Center!

We did a survey of consultant-users over two years ago. It indicated that their average return on their investment in The Search for The Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine was about 700% - in their FIRST year!!

One consultant delivered the game for about 180 people and generated a fee in excess of $30,000! (This was not included in our ROI because a couple of factors. Another consultant who does BIG events did not share his figures, in part because he works with a competitive game vendor.)

Dutchman is becoming well-known globally as an effective tool. It is becoming a Brand Name Product and reviews are consistently excellent from clients experiencing the game as well as trainers and consultants using it. (See Testimonials elsewhere or go to Trainer's Warehouse for some independent reviews of the game - http://www.trainerswarehouse.com/prodinfo.asp?number=GAMDUTCH).

And with the minimal costs of producing materials for play, the costs of delivery are quite low. Most of the revenue from a workshop is profit. You make the costs up quickly.

It is ideas for retreats, single-day team building events, sales meetings and company conferences. It is engaging and fun but has important learning lessons associated with it. As the game becomes better known, we sell more games and you get more business.

Here's how it can work for you (best, low-cost process!):

After you get comfortable about talking about the simulation, build some marketing material and build some information on your website about your offering. We can help with this. Make a descriptive flyer.

You promote the simulation to your clients and prospects for a retreat or team building event. One of them decides to try it. Then, you purchase the simulation from us ($6,995 or less and a one-time cost), get prepared, and go deliver the workshop for them, generating a fee. (You can even deliver it as a train-the-trainer *). You can also link your existing materials and approach to the debriefing of the simulation - the game is full of metaphors and linkages to other tools!

Granted, you've got to get up to speed but we include all the information you need to get prepared for play and debriefing. We do not do train-the-trainer or certification and 2/3 of our purchasers buy it without ever having experienced or seen it! Most don't even bother to call me before running it (after all, we have been selling it since 1993 and do have a little experience with how to teach how to use it!)

This one fee pays for most if not all of the fees for the purchase of your simulation. All the rest is your profit. This may seem crazy. **

You continue to generate business from the simulation and make additional profits. We get no commissions and no royalties. But we will get addtitional sales of the game from referrals and general awareness. Or you can market it as a for sale item in your offerings -- we wholesale / retail, too.

* Wholesale / Train-the-Trainer:

You can also purchase a game from us for resale to a client or another consultant. Call us for details.

Either way, you net a great fee for what is usually a half-day, bombproof workshop.

And we will support you as necessary. Believe it!

They get your training and our simulation that they can use internally.

** This may seem crazy...

Our long-term game plan includes a virtual company comprised of two people, Joan and Scott, selling The Search for The Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine and Square Wheels toolkits globally. We've already got manufacturing and distribution arrangements in place in Denmark, South Africa and Malaysia.

By building a loose-knit global network of users to market and working with some exclusive distributors in some markets like Japan, Switzerland, Korea and Romania, we publicize the games and toolkits and we keep our marketing costs to a minimum. And by providing a high-value product, other consultants as well as their client firms hear about our products and we get virus-type sales.

By not having complicated licensing arrangements and with a widespread distribution network, we keep our operating costs at a minimum and get exceptional free exposure. We have truly world-class products - proven since 1993!

And by having a distribution network HAPPY with our working relationship, we keep our "hassle" costs at a minimum. This is a better way to build a long-term, easy-to-operate business, we think.

And we're being proven correct.

Good products, minimal overhead gives high-impact and minimal costs. The result is high value to a diverse network of end users -- something we see as a distinct long-term competitive edge!
