Alabama Training Exchange Conference

Scott will be delivering an interactive keynote speech on Wednesday the 29th focused on creativity, innovation, leadership and change and a workshop about facilitation and coaching skills for line managers.

The theme of organizational performance management will be in both the speech and the workshop. And the delivery will be focused on transferring facilitation skills (and appropriate transparencies as tools for later use) to all participants.

Both sessions will be on September 29. The conference begins on Wednesday at lunch, continues with a full day on Thursday and closes on Friday before noon.
