Renders tools that will assist in bringing the concept to our institution in a really concise and effective manner. Great presenter. Enjoyed.

We are in the process of experiencing a great deal of change and it has helped me to understand why some people are resisting all forms of change, even those changes considered to be an improvement.

We'll use this content to update our Leadership Course.

Will use with department heads and encourage them to use with staff.

Please bring Dr. Simmerman back to another conference.

Excellent program -- well planned and presented in an interesting and informative manner. Really enjoyed. Would be great to present a program on change prior to implementing changes at various times.

This was wonderful. Excellent presenter.

Useful information -- practical -- Plan to use in my department first, then with other managers.

Excellent use of humor

Speaker was energetic and humorous

Very relevant, and humor makes the point of the presentation stick

My primary purpose for attending the conference was to hopefully get a "shot in the arm." Scott accomplished that objective and even gave me a booster shot to take home

"Your participation as a speaker made the conference an outstanding success. Thank you again, Scott, for your participation. It was excellent!"
