Generally, we prefer to develop and support our own products and have done so pretty exclusively for over 20 years. But we came across the Vital Learning people and I am most impressed with the quality of the products and the amazing level of support of the personnel involved.
Vital Learning has wonderful products for supervisory skills training, customer service training and workplace readiness. In addition to binder-linked traditional training materials, they also offer cd-ROM based training and some excellent on-line courses.
One of my clients is going to use the Supervisory Skills training series and allow me to facilitate the programs for them. From all of the materials I have received, this looks like it will be an outstanding succcess. And as I bring myself up to speed, I will be supporting more of my clients and my consultant network with these products and services.
